WAFIOS Machinery Corporation ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you register for Innovation Week 2027, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. Information We Collect
When you register for Innovation Week 2027, we collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your company and job title
- How you heard about the event
- The language you registered in and the campaign link you arrived from, if any
- Your agreement to our Terms and Photo Release, and whether you asked to hear about future events
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Manage your registration and check you in at the event
- Send your confirmation and updates about Innovation Week 2027
- Plan the event and understand which invitations reached people
- Tell you about future WAFIOS events and products, only if you opted in
3. Photos, Video, and Event Recordings
We may capture photographs, video, and audio in event areas. Where those materials identify you, we treat them as personal information under this policy. The separate Photo & Video Release Policy explains how we may use them.
4. Who Sees Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. Your registration is visible to WAFIOS event staff and is processed by these service providers on our behalf:
- Google Workspace, where registrations are stored
- Resend, which delivers confirmation emails
- Vercel, which hosts this website
We may also disclose information when required by law.
5. How Long We Keep It
We delete registration records within 6 months after the event. If you opted in to future updates, we keep your name and email for that purpose until you unsubscribe.
6. Data Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
7. Your Choices
You can ask us to:
- Show you the information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is inaccurate
- Delete your registration
- Stop sending you marketing emails (you can also withdraw that consent at any time)

8. Cookies and Analytics
This site does not use cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views; it does not use cookies or collect personal information. While you browse, we keep the campaign link you arrived from in your browser’s session storage so it can be attached to your registration. It is cleared when you close the tab.
9. Visitors Outside the United States
WAFIOS Machinery Corporation is based in the United States, and your information is stored with US service providers. If you register from the European Union, we process your information to manage your registration (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, if you opt in, to send you updates based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
