We and our authorized vendors may capture photographs, video, audio, screen recordings, and live streams in event spaces. You may appear in background shots, crowd scenes, interviews, demos, or similar settings.
3. How We May Use Images and Recordings
We may use and distribute event images and recordings for promotional, educational, and archival purposes, including on our websites, social media, email, printed materials, presentations, partner communications, and press coverage, without additional compensation to you.
4. Registration and Consent
When you register for Innovation Week 2027, you are asked to confirm that you have read this policy. By checking that box and attending the event, you agree that WAFIOS may use your likeness as described here, to the extent permitted by law.

Where images or recordings qualify as personal information, our Privacy Policy describes how we process and protect them.
