WAFIOS Asia Premieres at the Wire & Tube Show in Shanghai

The next generation of the WAFIOS BMZ series premieres first in asia. The BMZ series is based on a successful and reliable concept. Designed from the very beginning for the production of complicated bent parts from cut-to-length, partially ready-to-install tubes with processed ends, the WAFIOS BMZ series has been setting standards in the market for years. With the new BMZ 12 model and subsequent models, the BMZ 42 series, which has been well-established on the market for a number of years, is set to be replaced. 

With the RBV 42R, WAFIOS is expanding its portfolio to cover tube diameters of up to 42 mm. Tube diameters that are 30 percent smaller halve deformation forces, reduce energy consumption, and enhance dynamic performance. This is why WAFIOS has introduced the RBV 42R, which enables efficient production and higher output with lower space requirements, thus closing a gap in requirements for rotary head machines.

In the wire bending area, WAFIOS Production Technology presents a showcase for a wire bending production cell, consisting of the CNC wire bender WAFIOS B3 and a assembly gantry with two integrated KUKA handling robots. 

Over past decades, the machines in the FMU series by WAFIOS have established themselves firmly in the wire-processing industry, becoming synonymous with maximum universality and optimum performance. With the FMU 25, which works in the wire diameter range from 0.80 to 2.50 mm, WAFIOS is showcasing a machine for torsion spring applications which feature numerous innovations. 

The FUL 56 is WAFIOS response to increased technology demands, its modern design also meets highest requirements when it comes to ergonomics, user friendliness and workplace safety.
