WAFIOS acquires 100% shares of EURINDEQ in France and appoints new Managing Director

In August, WAFIOS AG Reutlingen acquired 100% of the shares of the French commercial agency with immediate effect. In the course of the takeover WAFIOS has appointed Alexandra Crépeau as the new Managing Director of the French WAFIOS sales and service subsidiary "EURINDEQ - WAFIOS SAS" near Fontainebleau on the outskirts of Paris.
Ms. Crépeau has been working for Eurindeq for more than 20 years and is very familiar with WAFIOS and the machine program. Thanks to her many years of experience in France representing WAFIOS, she also has excellent personal contacts to the customers on site.
